National: €8 (free shipping for orders over €150)

EU: €15 (free shipping for orders over €200)

EXTRA EU: €20 (free shipping for orders over €250)

-How does the return work?
The essential elements for returning goods:

• If you wish to return one or more items, you can do so using the enclosed return label. You have 14 days to return the goods.
• Please fill out the attached return form for the items you wish to return and place it in the package together with the intact goods, in their original packaging, and seal it carefully with adhesive tape.
• Please stick the enclosed return label on the top of your package, so that the return is free for you.
• If the return label is missing from the package or has been lost, please contact us via our contact form
• As always, remember to get proof of posting and keep it in a safe place!
• IMPORTANT : For non-EU customers all sales are final and cannot be returned!
  For EU customers, return shipping must be paid by the customer.
  For customers from Germany, return shipping is free within 14 days.
